Albert and Carolyn Grimes of Spring, Texas recently announced the engagement of their daughter, Lori Lyn Grimes, to Tyler Craig Wheatley, both of Dallas, Texas.

Lori is the granddaughter of Laverne Plambeck and the niece of Victor Plambeck of Cisco. Tyler is the son of Dennis and Dottie Wheatley of Sugar Land, Texas.

Lori is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in psychology and the University of Houston-Clear Lake with a Master of Business Administration in marketing. She is employed by Farmers Insurance.

Tyler is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration in management information systems.

He is employed by PepsiCo.

The couple will be married on Saturday, Feb. 20, 2010, at 6 p.m. at Resurrection Lutheran Church in Spring, Texas.
